We bieden met SILFO openbaar en algemeen bijzonder onderwijs, met onze scholen voor primair en voortgezet onderwijs. Daarbij richten we ons ook op het verzorgen van internationaal onderwijs.

What can you expect from us?

• You will receive a temporary appointment agreement starting from August 2026;
• Salary grading takes place in salary scale LB (min. € 3.622,- max € 5.520,-) regarding collective agreement for secondary education (CAO VO);
• Excellent benefit conditions including 8.33% year-end bonus, training opportunities, ABP Pension and various voluntary participation in collective insurances;

This is what we ask of you

• Experience of teaching IB Diploma Business Management and Economics course (or equivalent);
• Ability to work in a team of Humanities staff from different humanities disciplines;
• Ability to use differentiation effectively in class to support a range of student abilities;
• Eligible to work in the EU and you have a DUO recognized teaching qualification;
• Commitment to international education and awareness of current developments;
• A confident, proactive, and creative approach to problem-solving;
• A positive, inspiring, enthusiastic, and flexible mindset.

The job

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons in Business Management & Economics to a diverse group of students. You will inspire students to develop critical thinking skills, understand real-world economic concepts, and apply business strategies in practical contexts.

You will collaborate closely with colleagues and foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports student growth and achievement. Monitoring student progress and providing constructive feedback will be an essential part of your daily work.

From August 2026, we are looking for a colleague for 1 FTE who is passionate about this subject and committed to continuous improvement, both personally and for their students. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ academic journeys while being part of a supportive and dynamic team.
