We bieden met SILFO openbaar en algemeen bijzonder onderwijs, met onze scholen voor primair en voortgezet onderwijs. Daarbij richten we ons ook op het verzorgen van internationaal onderwijs.
In het onderwijs wordt aandacht geschonken aan persoonsvorming door kennis opdoen en leren, maar zeker ook door competenties te ontwikkelen en door dóen. What can you expect from us?

• You will receive a temporary replacement appointment starting from August 2026;
• Salary grading takes place in salary scale LB (min. € 3.622,- max € 5.520,-) regarding collective agreement for secondary education (CAO VO);
• Excellent benefit conditions including 8.33% year-end bonus, training opportunities, ABP Pension and various voluntary participation in collective insurances;

This is what we ask of you

• Willingness to take part in the school’s yearly musical production in rehearsals and performances;
• Willingness to support arts-related extracurricular activities and performance events throughout the school year;
• Ability to work in a team of arts staff from different arts disciplines;
• Proficiency in at least one musical instrument or voice;
• Ability to use differentiation effectively in class to support a wide range of student abilities;
• Experience of (or willing to learn) music technology for composition and recording.

The job

In this role, you will deliver inspiring lessons in Music and Performing Arts, encouraging students to explore their creativity and express themselves with confidence. You will support students in developing both practical skills and an appreciation for the arts, while creating a dynamic and inclusive classroom environment. You are proficient in at least one musical instrument or voice and eager to further develop your skills, including in music technology for composition and recording.

You will work closely with a collaborative team of teachers across different disciplines, contributing to a vibrant and creative school culture. A willingness to take part in the school’s annual musical production, both in rehearsals and performances. As well as supporting a variety of arts-related extracurricular activities and events throughout the year.

Although this is a temporary replacement position, it is still highly significant, and you will have the opportunity to make a substantial impact in your role. Starting from August 2026, you will have the opportunity to inspire students, nurture their talents, and play an active role in a supportive and creative team environment.
