Functieomschrijving

We are looking for a loving, positive, and proactive nanny for a warm, enterprising family with three children (school-aged and toddler). Someone who truly enjoys working with children, wants to be an equal parenting partner, and provides peace, structure, and fun in the home.

The family consists of two parents, both of whom have their own businesses. They work full-time, sometimes travel for work, and have flexible schedules. They are looking for an experienced nanny who can provide stability and grow with the family.

• Make clear agreements and help provide structure;
• Works independently and sees what needs to be done without much guidance;

• Occasional work in the evenings or on weekends is possible;
• Bringing conviviality, engaging in conversation, being involved, enjoying being part of family life;
• Positive parenting and limiting screen time;
• Provides warmth, stability, and a secure foundation.

Household & organizational tasks

• Cooking, preparing lunches/snacks;

• Washing, ironing, putting away clothes;
• Tidying up children's rooms, toys, and children's bathrooms;
• Washing bedding and toys;
• Contributing ideas to the planning and structure of the household;
• Keeping track of things in a dynamic family.

Facilities

• Cargo bike available;
• A car is not necessary for work, but it is useful for personal transportation.
• Dog present (friendly, comes to the office).
• Domestic help is available (twice a week).

The conditions

• Hours: 30-40 hours per week;

• Salary indication between € 3500 - € 4500 gross per month based on 40 hours;
