About the family

For an entrepreneurial family with two boys of elementary school age, we are looking for an experienced and committed Nanny / Family Assistant. The parents run a business together and have an active and dynamic family life. They value warmth, clarity and a nice, orderly atmosphere in the home and are looking for someone who will naturally fit in with this. The family lives in Huizen. There are two cats present.

The position

The position is a combination of caring for the children and supporting the household and daily organization. You will contribute to calmness, overview and continuity within the family and, above all, undertake fun, creative and appropriate activities with the children.

Work includes:

• Picking up the children and providing fun, enjoyable afternoons;
• Preparing healthy meals (the children eat with the Nanny/ FA)
• Shopping, light housekeeping and organizing practical matters;
• Drop off packages and keep the house neat and presentable;
• Ensuring that the day's program runs smoothly (such as swimming lessons and sports activities)

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an independent and reliable professional with a warm heart for children and a practical attitude. Someone who can move well with family dynamics, brings fun to daily life and has a good sense of what is needed.

We are looking for someone who:

• Experienced in working with families with elementary school age children;
• Is reliable, independent and proactive;
• Has communication skills and is honest;
• Can offer peace of mind, but above all brings fun, creativity and warmth;
• Speaks Dutch (good command required)
• In possession of a driver's license and own car;
• Comfortable is on a bakfets;
• Flexible and available during school vacations;
• Live within 30-40 minutes of Huizen;

The conditions

• Hours: 32-36 hours per week;
• Work Days: 4 to 5 days a week, Wednesday is a must;
• Start: As soon as possible;
• Coaching and mentoring by TFA;
• Salary indication between € 3500 - € 4500 gross per month based on 40 hours;
