Functieomschrijving

For a warm and enterprising family with two girls aged 4 and 1, we are looking for a loving, proactive and structured Nanny. The ideal candidate brings peace and order to the daily rhythm, supports in the household around the children and relieves the parents, leaving more quality time with the family.

Job Description

As a Nanny, you make sure things run smoothly at home for and with the children. You provide a safe, stimulating environment, plan the daily routine, arrange practical matters around care/school and activities and support in the household. You work independently, think ahead and coordinate clearly with parents. Occasionally an evening may be requested.

Tasks

As a Nanny, your responsibilities include:

• Children's daily routine: playing, (outdoor) activities, bringing/collecting care/school;
• Structure and overview: coordinate weekly planning, appointments and activities;
• Meals: preparing/cooking healthy meals, lunch and snacks;
• Light housekeeping laundry/bedding/toys/rooms;
• Shopping and practical family tasks (packages, small groceries)
• Clear communication and coordination with parents about methods and expectations;

Job Profile

We are looking for a Nanny who:

• Demonstrated experience with infants and toddlers/toddlers (home or daycare)
• Loving, positive and enterprising; enjoys being actively out and about;
• Is consistent in routines (eating/sleeping) and is a reliable role model;
• Excellent communicator and can work independently;
• Preferably has a driver's license; not required (everything is easy to do on foot/bike/OV)

What does the family offer?

• Long-term cooperation;
• 32 hours per week divided into 4 days;
• Occasional evenings by arrangement;
• Salary indication €3,000 - €4,500 gross per month (based on 40 hours)
• Coaching and guidance from The Family Assistant;
