About the family

For an enterprising and loving family with two young boys and a baby on the way, we are looking for an involved and down-to-earth Nanny / Family Assistant. The parents run a construction company together and have a dynamic family life in which warmth, clarity and independence are important. They value peace and order in the house and are looking for someone who fits in naturally with their way of parenting: down-to-earth, loving and with room to explore. The family lives in Rijssen. There are no pets present.

The position

The position is a combination of childcare and household support. You provide a calm, safe and warm atmosphere at home when the parents are at work. With the children you will undertake appropriate, fun and, above all, lots of outdoor activities and provide structure during the day.

Work includes:

• Daily care of the three children (baby, toddler and preschooler)
• Creating developmentally appropriate activities and happy days;
• Preparing healthy meals;
• Shopping (online) and light household chores;
• Laundry, ironing, cleaning up and keeping the house presentable;
• Thinking along and acting proactively where necessary;

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an independent, reliable and loving professional who enjoys working in a young and growing family. Someone with experience in baby care, who brings overview, but is also down-to-earth and practical. You have a good sense of what is needed and think along with the family.

• Has experience with babies as well as young children;
• Is proactive, caring and independent;
• Is down-to-earth and can move well with family dynamics;
• Exudes peace, love and warmth;
• Is communicatively open and honest;

The conditions

• Start: March 2, 2026;
• Coaching and mentoring by TFA;
• Salary indication between € 3500,- € 4500,- gross per month based on 40 hours;
