We are looking for an experienced Nanny/Family Assistant for an entrepreneurial family with two young children to bring calm, structure, and organization to their daily family life. This is a permanent position within the family that combines childcare and household organization. This vacancy is of interest to candidates from the Netherlands and Belgium (Flanders) who are looking for a stable, long-term position as a Nanny/Family Assistant in a private home.

This position is a permanent role within the family, in which you will be responsible for both caring for and supervising the children and organizing the daily household. These tasks are inextricably linked and together form a single position.

Duties and responsibilities

Childcare

• Daily care and supervision of the children
• Providing structure, rhythm, and a safe environment
• Assisting with play, activities, and daily routines

Household & organizational support

• Grocery shopping (including bakery, butcher, daily shopping)
• Tidying up and light housework
• Laundry care and inventory management
• Organizing birthdays, dinners, and practical matters
• Processing packages and light administrative tasks

Overarching

• Bringing structure and clarity to a dynamic family
• Proactive thinking and forward planning
• Flexible availability in the evenings or occasionally on weekends

Profile of the Nanny / Family Assistant

• Demonstrable experience as a nanny, family assistant, or family caregiver
• Calm, stable, and dependable personality
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Clear, consistent, and warm in communication
• Independent and responsible
• Possession of a driver's license and own car (parking available)
