For an enterprising family with three children, we are looking for a stable, independent and warm Nanny for the long term. The family is looking for someone who enjoys participating in parenting, provides clear structure and smoothly organizes the household around the children.

Job Description

As a Nanny, you will support a busy and loving family with three children: a school-age boy (2017), a school-age girl (age 7) and a girl (August 2025). Due to varying work and weekly schedules, logistical thinking is important. You create peace, rhythm and overview both at home and around school and activities.

Work

• Daily care and supervision of the children
• Provide developmentally appropriate activities Cooking, shopping and light housekeeping Maintain the school/parent portal (app).
• Bringing/picking up to and from school/activities Provide structure around eating, playing, resting and bedtime rituals; screen time limited and conscious deployment.
• Thinking logistically with changing weeks/locations and creating overview for the family.
• Occasional evenings or weekend times by arrangement.

Job Profile

We are looking for a Nanny who:

Is pedagogically literate and has demonstrated experience with a newborn.

Can provide calmness, structure and consistency and set clear boundaries with warmth and respect Is proactive and solution-oriented; can think ahead Sportsmanlike and representative.

What does the family offer?

• Long-term cooperation
• Full-time position of 30 - 36 hours per week, spread over 3-4 days.
• Guide times: 08:00 - 17:30 (07:30 start is sometimes possible).
• Occasional evenings/weekends by arrangement Salary indication: €3,000 - €4,500 gross per month (based on 40 hours)
• Guidance and coaching from The Family Assistant.
