Omschrijving organisatie

Onder de Laurentius Stichting ressorteren 27 scholen voor basis- en speciaal basisonderwijs, 1 praktijkschool (voortgezet onderwijs) en 1 school voor internationaal basisonderwijs (ISD). Er werken 900 medewerkers samen aan het katholiek onderwijs voor meer dan 9000 leerlingen uit Bergschenhoek, Berkel en Rodenrijs, Delft, Den Haag, Den Hoorn, Nootdorp en Rijswijk. Directies worden ondersteund door een College van Bestuur en een stafbureau. Deze worden bijgestaan door het administratiekantoor Pro Management Onderwijs Support, dat de personele- en financiële administratie verzorgt.
De Laurentius Stichting wil bijzónder goed onderwijs bieden, vanuit de katholieke grondslag. Ons onderwijs stimuleert de ontwikkeling van kinderen tot mensen die leven en werken vanuit een grondhouding waarin een blijvende oriëntatie plaatsvindt op de waarden in de katholieke traditie. Mensen met hoop en vertrouwen in elkaar en in de toekomst. Are you passionate about teaching and learning in an IB world school? Can you challenge and guide our children to become knowledgeable risk-takers, open-minded and reflective inquirers and caring members of society?

We are looking for a cover teacher whose experience, enthusiasm and passion for teaching will inspire our children. You have experience or knowledge of teaching the IB (International Baccalaureate) program, specifically the Primary Years Program (PYP) and inquiry-based learning or you are willing to develop yourself in this area.

We have cover opportunities in various classes across the school. From Early Years to Upper Years. The hours and contract can be discussed and can between 1 day or multiple days, up to full time depending on the cover needs and availability of the candidate.

We are currently publishing several cover positions in the areas of PE (physical education), Dutch subject and Early Years teacher and/or Teaching assistant. International Primary School Delft is a young, dynamic school situated in the heart of the campus of the Delft University of Technology. We are a Dutch international school founded six years ago. International School Delft Primary has now grown to approx. 220 children.

Qualifications

Teaching staff should have

• a teaching qualification that is or will be recognised by the Dutch authorities (DUO)
• sound academic qualifications and further qualifications in training, coaching and presenting.
• further qualifications and experience in training, coaching and presenting workshops are welcomed;

• A contract that can be parttime (minimum 0.2FTE- 1 day) or full time (1.0 FTE- 5 days)
